Our Team

Martin Kilgallon (Managing Director)

Martin (Happy customers) Kilgallon has come a long way since the “Full Monty” days of his early 20’s. Having realised his calling most likely laid elsewhere, and that people needed to eat and appreciated good Yorkshire value for money, the Full Munchy was born. Initially supplying freshly made sandwiches and rolls to convenience stores throughout West Yorkshire region.

Over 20-plus years the business has grown into a supplier of refreshment services and equipment to a large number of clients throughout Yorkshire and the Midlands. He continues to confuse all non-Yorkshire folk by referring to a bread roll as a Teacake.

Away from the office Martin is passionately involved with a local charity helping children with Autism. Even taking on the London Marathon to raise money for the charity in 2019, despite all the comments about his unusual running style.

Ian Loseby (Operations Director)

Ian Loseby may bear a striking resemblance to Gru from the Minions films, but don’t let that fool you – he’s far from a villain. With a knack for problem-solving that could rival even the most ingenious of evil masterminds, Ian is the go-to guy when challenges arise. With over two decades of experience, Ian has a unique talent for navigating complex challenges and finding effective solutions.

His approachable nature and excellent communication skills make him a favourite among clients and colleagues alike. As a team leader, Ian excels at fostering a supportive and motivated environment. His commitment to service excellence ensures that our team consistently delivers outstanding results, making him an invaluable asset to both our team and our clients.

Paul Brame (Technical Manager)

Paul has been fiddling with vending machines for longer than he cares to remember. If the doohicky isn’t turning the whatsit he will know why, and how to fix it so it stays fixed. Having worked in the industry for over 20 years as an engineer, he has experience of most refreshment vending machines. What’s good about them, what’s not so good and most importantly how to achieve the best from the machine.

To describe him as a typical engineer, would be wrong. He is actually very approachable, great with the clients and can explain things in a way that normal people, that aren’t engineers, can understand. Another strand of our team that understands the importance of providing a service in a way that greatly benefits our clients.
